This 3 claim property with underground development is located about 10 kms NE of Shawville, Quebec. The last work on the property occurred in the late 1960’s. The host rock for this deposit is pyroxenite associated with dolomitic limestone and hornblende gneiss. Mineralization is disseminated and consists of molybdenum, pyrite, pyrrotote, uranite, allanite and uranothorite. (280,000t @ 0.31% Mo - GM 07695-A, DVP-619 - non 43-101)

This property covers an approximately 300m mineralized zone consisting of massive to disseminated beds of magnetite and ilmenite. Grab samples assayed 0.27%, 0.15% V205 and 21.55%, 16.54%.20.81% TiO2 (reference GM 60339).
