President and CEO

Ivars Azis,    M.A.Sc., P.Eng.

Mr. Azis is the founder of the company and the inspiration to building its future. He is a Geotechnical Engineer with 15 years working experience in the field. Prior to founding Eagle Ridge Mining Ltd. (ERM), Mr. Azis was the founder and president of a custom home building company in Toronto. With over 35 years of project and financial management experience, he brings a solid background for leading ERM to future success.

Vice President - Exploration

Joerg Kleinboeck,   P.Geo.

Mr. Mr. Kleinboeck is a professional geoscientist with over 25 years of experience in mineral exploration where he has managed early through to advanced staged projects within Canada and the United States.  Mr. Kleinboeck holds a Bachelor of Science in Geology from Laurentian University, and is a member of the Professional Geoscientists Ontario (PGO).  He has held senior positions for several junior mining companies including VP Exploration for Conquest Resources Ltd. Mr. Kleinboeck owns and operates JMK Exploration Consulting, a geological consulting company and service provider located in North Bay, Ontario
